Focus by scale, or on the ground glass

The helicoid is engraved with distance, depth of field and hyperfocal scales, calibrated for your lens, so you can preset the distance and zone focus without the ground glass. On a tripod, focus and framing can be checked on the ground glass.

Interchangeable cones

Cones lock on with four tabs and change with small levers, so you can carry a wide, a normal and a pinhole cone. The 45PS takes Sinar 140 x 140mm cones, so the same cones also fit our Sinar F, Sinar P, Cambo and Toyo point-and-shoot conversions.

Graflok back

The back has Graflok sliders, so it takes roll film backs as well as standard 4x5 film holders (not included). The ground glass lifts off in seconds.

Handling

Three metal cold shoes on top hold the viewfinder, a flash or a meter, and bubble levels cover both orientations. The included viewfinder is a simple non-optical finder: you frame by looking along its sides. A standard 1/4" tripod socket also takes the vertical hand grip add-on for one-handed shooting.

Built to tight tolerances

Every camera is individually inspected and ships with a QC certificate showing its own measurements, meeting or beating the ANSI standard for its format. The body is printed in glass fibre reinforced ABS, which is stable and damps vibration.

• Cameras and accessories in stock ship from Ontario, Canada, within 1-3 business days. Custom kits and made-to-order parts take 1-3 weeks.
• United States: duties and import fees are included, so there's nothing to pay on delivery.
• EU, UK and other countries: VAT and import fees are paid on delivery. Contact us if you'd like duties-paid (DDP) shipping; availability varies by country.
• 30-day returns on stock items. Custom kits are built for your lens and are final sale. Every camera has a 1-year warranty.
